UIDAI Aadhaar Card Update & Registration

You can book a slot for Aadhaar registration by visiting the My Aadhaar UIDAI website.

• First, visit the official website, uidai.gov.in, and select the “Book an Appointment” section.

• Select your state and city/district to display the Aadhaar Seva Kendras nearest to you.
• Select the Aadhaar Seva Kendra you wish to visit.

• If you don’t have an Aadhaar and are registering for the first time, select the “New Aadhaar Enrollment” option.
• Enter your name, mobile number, and email ID. You will receive an OTP on your mobile number, which you will need to enter.

• Select a date and time slot that suits you and confirm your booking.
• After booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation slip. Print it and bring it with you to the Aadhaar Kendra.
• Go to the Aadhaar Kendra at the appointed time, where your documents will be verified and your biometrics/photo will be taken.

• To log in, you will need to enter your Aadhaar number (12 digits), VID (Virtual ID), or Enrollment ID.
• For security, enter the Captcha displayed on the screen.

• An OTP will be sent to your Aadhaar-linked mobile number.
• Once you enter the OTP, you will be logged into the portal and can use the selected service.

2. There is no age limit; children, adults, and the elderly can all obtain an Aadhaar.

You can easily download your Udyam Aadhaar card through the My Aadhaar UIDAI website or the mAadhaar app. 

Here’s the process:

• You can download Aadhaar using three different methods: VID, EID, and Aadhaar Number.
• First, visit the official My Aadhaar UIDAI website at https://uidai.gov.in.

• Go to the “My Aadhaar” section and click on the “Download Aadhaar” option.

• Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number.
• Fill in the Captcha and click Send OTP.
• An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.

• Enter the OTP and click Verify & Download.
• Aadhaar will be downloaded as a PDF file.
• Secondly, if you don’t have an Aadhaar number, you can use your Enrollment ID (EID).
• Enter the 14-digit EID and 14-digit Date-Time given in the Enrollment Slip.
• Fill in the Captcha and verify using the OTP.

• Then download your Aadhar card.
• If you have generated a Virtual ID from the mAadhar app, you can also use that.
• Enter the VID, then fill in the Captcha, receive the OTP, verify, and then download Aadhaar.

• Download From The mAadhaar App:
• Download the mAadhaar App from the Google Play Store/App Store.
• Log in and go to the “Download Aadhaar” option.
• Enter the Aadhaar Number/VID.
• A password is required to open the downloaded Aadhaar PDF file.
• Password = First 4 letters of the Aadhaar card holder’s name (Capital Letter) + Year of Birth (YYYY)
